On account, with an invoice that works
Business clients can ride on account by arrangement. You get one invoice a month instead of loose receipts. All amounts include 9% VAT, and that VAT is itemised separately on the invoice.
Every ride is listed on its own, with date, pickup address, destination and amount. That is what a finance team needs to tie a ride to a project or cost centre.
The same driver on every ride
Future Taxi is not a dispatch centre with a pool. I drive the rides myself. For a guest who needs collecting at an office where the entrance is not where the navigation puts it, that saves explaining it every single time.
If I am unexpectedly unavailable, a trusted colleague takes over, driving the same car.
A price upfront, including to the airport
The price is fixed before you book, calculated on the real address and the expected driving time at that hour. To Schiphol a fixed price of €120.00 applies from The Hague and its surroundings, in both directions and whatever the time of day.
That makes a ride easy to approve in advance, also when someone other than the traveller pays the bill.
What fits in the car
Four passengers and two large suitcases, in a fully electric BYD Seal. Travelling with more people or more luggage? Tell us in advance and we arrange a larger car, rather than your guest standing next to it at departure.
How to arrange it
A single ride you simply book online, with the price shown upfront. For recurring rides or riding on account, call or message us and we will put the arrangement in place.
