Three situations where customers call on Future Taxi: and how that ride actually goes.

Traveller with an early flight

Situation: An 08:30 flight from Schiphol means leaving The Hague by 06:00 at the latest, our earliest possible pickup time. Exactly the slot where an ordinary app taxi most often cancels or fails to show.
Approach: We confirm this ride the evening before, with a WhatsApp confirmation. The car is at your door 5 minutes before the agreed time, so your departure never depends on the clock.
Result: You know the night before that it's arranged, and you pay the same price as during the day. There is no night surcharge.

Business client in The Hague

Situation: Offices around the Beatrixkwartier and the international organisations in The Hague regularly receive guests who need collecting. A different driver each time means explaining where the entrance is each time.
Approach: Recurring rides go into the schedule in advance. One driver, one car, the same route and the same entrance. Invoicing is monthly, with a VAT breakdown for your bookkeeping.
